The hotel is situated in a great location within the shopping area, conveniently located next to the subway. The rooms are well-equipped and brand-new, offering particularly nice views of the surrounding area. It is only a 20-minute walk to the Hakata train station, as well as to the Tenjin underground Shopping Mall, Museum, Shrine & Temple, and Tenjin, Fukuoka's ultimate shopping district.

I ate at a nice restaurant at ground floor. Central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel television were available in the room. The service was very efficient and the food was good.

Early check in and late check out. Great and excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Location close enough to convenience & grocery stores, many shoppings including daiso and sushi train restaurants nearby and a shopping center.

The central location of this hotel is a big advantage. The main shopping street and another shopping area are conveniently located nearby. I appreciated having an electric kettle and a fridge in my twin room - it was a nice touch!

Stayed here during Easter and had a great experience. the room was spacious with all the necessary amenities. the staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of the best aspects was the car rental company located nearby which made exploring the city very convenient.

The biggest downside was the smoking room we were given, which left a lingering cigarette smell. Although the hotel provided an air refreshing machine, it only helped to a certain extent.
